GUEST ROOMS:

The Group rooming list or individual reservations must be received before 8/8/07. After this date any unused rooms in the block will be released. The hotel will continue to accept reservations on a space and rate available basis only. A first night room deposit, a major credit card number or a group guarantee of payment must guarantee all individual reservations. If reservations guaranteed by the Group rooming list are not filled, we will apply "no show" charges to the Group Master Account. Individuals with guaranteed reservations that "no show" will also be charged the first night room and tax.

CHECK-IN/CHECKOUT:

Check-in time is 3:00 PM. Guests arriving before 3:00 PM will be accommodated as rooms become available. Checkout time is Noon. We request that guests attending functions on the day of departure checkout before Noon. Arrangements can be made for luggage storage through the front desk.

INDEMNIFICATION:

We agree to indemnify and hold the Group harmless from and against any losses, damages, claims, expenses, or liability (including reasonable attorneys' fees) arising out of or caused by the Hotel's negligence in connection with the use of the Hotel facilities. The Group agrees to indemnify and hold harmless the Hotel from and against any losses, damages, claims, expenses, or liability (including reasonable attorneys' fees) arising out of or caused by the Group or its members' negligence in connection with the use of the Hotel facilities.

IMPOSSIBILITY OF PERFORMANCE:

This agreement will terminate without liability to either party if substantial performance of either party's obligation is prevented by an unforeseeable cause reasonably beyond that party's control. Such causes include, but are not limited to, acts of God; acts, regulations or orders of governmental authorities; fire, flood or explosion; war, disaster, civil disorder, curtailment of transportation facilities, or any other emergency making it illegal or otherwise impossible to provide the facilities of the services or to hold the meeting. Any delay in necessary and essential construction or renovation of the Hotel; strike, lockout, or work stoppage or other restraint of labor, either partial or general from whatever cause.

CONDITIONS OF ACCEPTANCE:

Your acceptance is subject to the agreement above. If all arrangements meet your approval, please sign the attached copy and return or fax it to arrive in our office no later than No Signature Needed. The arrangements will be confirmed as definite upon receipt of the signed copy or signed faxed copy by the above date. We will in turn counter-sign the agreement and return the fully executed agreement by fax. Until then, we are holding space on a tentative basis.
