The Llano Estacado Model Airplane Club has the experience, the knowledge, and the manpower needed to host the 2009 Team Trials.  LEMAC ran the CL Combat events at the very successful 1994 Lubbock Nats providing the manpower for judges, officials and the Event Director.  Plus, the local RC club which has over 100 members, has offered their services for any needed additional help.  The city of Lubbock provides us with an excellent facility that is fully maintained as a city park.  The city is excited to host the Team Trials and we anticipate continued great support from the local tourism bureau.
